The Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa is a lovely option for families. It’s just seven miles and fifteen minutes from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Part of the Sandals chain of incredible vacation experiences, Beaches Negril Resort is the larger and better of Beaches’ two offerings in Jamaica, but this one is also quite lovely. You’ll find it a bit less hectic and busy as well. Rooms have free WiFi and smart TVs, plus microwaves, mini-fridges, and coffeemakers; some have whirlpool tubs, minibars, and other add-on amenities as well.
Airport transportation is included, of course, as are all dining and drinks from the resort’s seven restaurants and six bars. There’s also golf onsite, three outdoor pools, sports courts, a spa, a nightclub, and two big hot tubs.
Your kids will love the kids’ clubs at this Beaches resort. They are quite the happening place to be for wee ones, with plenty of things going on to keep them busy the entire time you’re in Jamaica. 8. Franklyn D. Resort & Spa

Franklyn D. Resort & Spa is one Jamaica all-inclusive family resort that is a bit different and a little more special than all the rest. First off, the rooms are fantastic. Whether you get a studio or a one-to-three-bedroom apartment at Franklyn D., your room will come with a kitchenette, a private balcony or terrace, a flatscreen TV, and so much more. The WiFi here is excellent, and almost all rooms have views of the ocean and beach.
On-site amenities include a gym, a tennis court, four swimming pools, a 100-foot-long waterslide, a hot tub, and a spa. This resort is on the smaller side, so there are fewer restaurants onsite than there are at some of the other resorts on this list. But, the food is excellent throughout and you certainly won’t go hungry.
For the kids, there are plenty of activities offered and there’s an evening kids’ buffet every night which is great for your picky eaters. Nanny service at Franklyn D. is complimentary and you’ll be provided with a full-time nanny for the entirety of your stay. 9. Moon Palace Jamaica

Moon Palace Jamaica is a great choice for families who want to be pampered. Not only does this resort have the largest spa on the island, but it’s also quite upscale throughout!
Don’t let these factors scare you off if you have kids, though, it’s also quite welcoming for the little ones who will never be bored during their visit. The Playroom Kids Club is open from 10 am to 10 pm every day. It offers a wide variety of fun things for kids ages four to twelve like crafts, climbing, swimming, face painting, fashion shows, and more. For teens, the Wired Lounge offers arcade and video games, internet access, and snacks that they’ll love.

10. Royal Decameron Club Caribbean

The Royal Decameron Caribbean Club in Runaway Bay is on the smaller side, but smaller resorts can be far more relaxing. When you stay at this one you can count on most of the staff knowing you by name after just a day or two. This resort offers bright and airy suites and villas with balconies, flatscreen TVs, and more.
The resort has three restaurants and four bars, two outdoor swimming pools, and water sports equipment rentals. There’s also a kids’ club to keep the little ones in your party occupied all day. WiFi is not free (so I guess it’s not ALL-inclusive), but rooms are, of course, air-conditioned, and when you’re not in your room you’ll surely be at the beach all day anyway.

11. Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort

The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort is an all-inclusive resort halfway between Montego Bay and Negril that is quite large with 540 rooms, but it feels smaller due to the fantastic amenities and excellent service that you’ll find there.
This is one of the best resorts on this list for families because it has one of the best kids’ programs around. The kids club is called Raggs and five different costumed dog characters visit the kids throughout the day. Kids are divided by age group: the Baby Club (for ages one to three), the Mini Club (ages four to twelve), and the Black and White Teen Club (ages thirteen to eighteen) all offer age-appropriate activities for each group.
Furthermore, there’s kids-only dining, a huge kids’ water park, a kids’ disco at night, stage shows, a pirate show, and a surf party each week for the younger members of your group. This resort is more like an awesome summer camp than a resort!
Mom and Dad will have a great time too. There are plenty of adults-only areas if they want to have some private time! They’ll also love the Zentropia Spa & Wellness center which has a spa with a jacuzzi, a solarium, a salon, and pampering treatments of all kinds – not to mention the largest swimming pool in all Jamaica.

Rooms vary in size from regular rooms to three-bedroom suites, and they all have been renovated and updated recently.
There are ten restaurants, seven bars, great WiFi, day and night tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, billiards, mini-golf, a spa, daily and nightly entertainment, and three outdoor pools. Non-motorized watersports are also included as are airport transfers, and unlike most other all-inclusive resorts, scuba diving is included as well.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most kid-friendly resorts in Jamaica. The kids will love the game room, Xbox play lounge, and the Liquid at Beaches teen nightclub. The children’s swimming pools here are especially awesome – the Pirate Island Water Park features a lazy river, whirlpools, water cannons, and even swim-up soda bars. If someone in your group has autism, you’ll also be happy to know that this resort also has the Caribbean’s first Certified Autism Center.
13. Azul Beach Resort Negril

Like Beaches Negril Resort, Azul Beach Resort Negril is a beachfront resort on Negril’s famous seven-mile beach. This resort is quite lovely and has everything that you and your family will need to have a fun and memorable vacation. Everything here is white and bright and the service is excellent; room service is available 24/7.
Water sports and yoga are included and you’ll probably also want to spend some time in the spa during your stay. There are multiple pools on the property and the beach is just steps away. Dining options include a Caribbean restaurant, an Italian eatery, a Thai restaurant, an oceanfront seafood spot, and more.
For kids, Azulitos Playhouse offers age-appropriate, scheduled activities all day. This is one of those Jamaica family resorts that is very different from the rest, and because of that, it will draw a different kind of traveler. Bluefields Bay Villas is an all-inclusive experience that is made up of six two-to-six bedroom villas surrounded by lush forest.
It’s also on the shores of Bluefields Bach, a lovely beach that is south of Negril. It’s close enough to visit Negril frequently if you’d like, but far enough away that you can completely avoid the crowds if you prefer.
The bedrooms in the apartments have four-poster canopy beds. The living rooms have plenty of seating for your group and some villas have patios, and of course, all indoor spaces are air-conditioned.
